KNOX HYDRATE x UFC 335 LAS VEGAS SWEEPSTAKE
ARTICLE 1 - ORGANISER
This promotional sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is organised and sponsored by KNOX HYDRATE (PTY) LIMITED, with registered office at 17 Stellar Avenue, Crown Mines, Johannesburg, South Africa, 2091 (the “Sponsor” or “KNOX”). The Sweepstakes is administered on Sponsor’s behalf by YRDS MANAGEMENT GROUP LTD Company Number: 14668790, c/o 167-169 Great Portland Street, Fifth Floor, London, W1W 5PF (the “Administrator”). Questions regarding the Sweepstakes may be directed to hello@yrds.com. Instagram and their respective affiliates are not organisers or administrators of this Sweepstakes, and are not responsible for selecting the winner or fulfilling travel arrangements. References to UFC tickets or a UFC experience are subject to the applicable agreements and UFC's written approval. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
ARTICLE 2 - ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the United Kingdom, are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry, and can lawfully travel to Las Vegas, Nevada, for the event scheduled for Saturday, 12 December 2026. UK residents and other travellers are solely responsible for valid passports and any required visas or ESTA authorisations, subject to applicable law. The winner's guest must also be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, eligible to enter the United States, and able to comply with applicable venue, travel and security requirements. Employees, directors, officers and agents of Sponsor, Administrator, prize suppliers and their respective affiliates, and their immediate family or household members, are ineligible. No purchase is required. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
ARTICLE 3 - COMPETITION PERIOD
The Sweepstakes opens at 08:00 a.m. Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) on Monday 2nd November 2026 and closes at 11:59 p.m. GMT on Tuesday 24th November 2026 (the “Entry Period”). The experience is a single event occurring on 12 December 2026; the Sweepstakes itself runs throughout the Entry Period. Entries received outside the Entry Period are ineligible. Sponsor's designated computer system will be the official timekeeper. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, interrupted, illegible or misdirected entries, except as required by applicable law.
ARTICLE 4 - COMPETITIONS, ENTRY METHODS AND PRIZES
4.1 To enter during the Entry Period: (i) follow @KnoxHydrate on Instagram; (ii) like the designated official Sweepstakes post; and (iii) comment on that post tagging the Instagram handle of one friend you would like to accompany you. Each eligible person who completes these actions will receive one (1) entry. No purchase or payment is required. An Instagram account and internet access are required; ordinary internet or mobile data charges may apply. Entrants must comply with Instagram's terms and must not use bots, fake accounts or automated entries. The tagged person is not automatically entitled to be the guest and must separately satisfy guest eligibility and verification requirements. Sponsor may require proof of entry and eligibility.
4.2 Prize: One (1) verified winner will receive a trip for the winner and one (1) eligible guest to Las Vegas to attend UFC 335 at T-Mobile Arena on Saturday, 12 December 2026, consisting of two (2) event tickets in the P1 category, round-trip economy-class airfare for two from a major commercial airport reasonably near the winner's lawful residence to Las Vegas (connecting flights permitted), and two (2) nights in one shared standard room at a hotel of approximately three-star standard selected by Sponsor. The travel and hotel component is subject to a maximum aggregate Sponsor cost of US$5,000 including any relevant taxes for both travellers. The prize also includes an opportunity for the winner only to take part in a UFC athlete walkout, strictly subject to advance UFC authorisation, security clearance, event production requirements, participant eligibility and athlete availability. Sponsor will not represent the walkout as guaranteed until UFC confirms it in writing.
4.3 Approximate Retail Value (ARV) US$7000 in US dollars for the entire prize, including ticket value and a good-faith estimate of the experience, even if the latter has no separate sale price; identify the precise total maximum Sponsor spend and any components excluded from the US$5,000 travel cap. Actual value may vary based on departure city and booking dates. Any difference between ARV and actual value will not be paid in cash. Except as expressly stated, the prize excludes meals, ground transport, insurance, baggage charges, personal spending, gratuities, incidental hotel charges and all other expenses. Sponsor will arrange prize travel within a reasonable schedule determined by Sponsor; exact carriers, routes, accommodation and itinerary are at Sponsor's discretion. No cash substitution or transfer is permitted except as required by law. Winner and guest must travel together on the dates specified by Sponsor; neither may extend or change dates at Sponsor's expense.
4.4 All national, federal, state, local and other applicable taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility, except taxes Sponsor is legally required to pay. The winner must provide any reasonably required tax forms and identity documentation before prize fulfilment, and Sponsor may issue applicable tax reporting forms. No prize component will be issued to a person who cannot lawfully receive it.
4.5 Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period, regardless of the number of Instagram accounts used. Additional entries and entries made through automated or fraudulent means may be disqualified following reasonable verification. Sponsor may verify compliance and must apply these rules consistently and in compliance with applicable law. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
ARTICLE 5 - WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period on or about Wednesday, 25th November 2026. Sponsor or Administrator will notify the potential winner by direct message from the official @KnoxHydrate Instagram account within twenty-four (24) hours of the draw. Entrants should not rely on messages from other accounts or share payment information in response to a prize message. The potential winner must respond within three (3) calendar days of the initial direct message and provide accurate contact information, proof of age/residence, travel eligibility, required tax documentation and, where lawful and reasonably necessary, an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, publicity consent and liability release. A potential winner is not the confirmed winner until all checks are completed. If a potential winner fails to respond, is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails required verification, Sponsor may select an alternate by a further random draw, subject to applicable law and the remaining time before the event. Only the verified winner will be publicly announced, with their permission where required by law. To request the confirmed winner's name, contact hello@yrds.com within 90 days after the draw, subject to applicable privacy law and any required limitations.
ARTICLE 6 - PRIZE FULFILMENT AND DELIVERY
After verification, Sponsor or Administrator will contact the winner to obtain travel information and arrange the flights, hotel, tickets and event instructions. Sponsor may set reasonable booking deadlines to enable travel arrangements. The winner and guest must provide accurate identification and travel documents and must satisfy all airline, hotel, venue, immigration and UFC requirements. Sponsor is not liable for independently caused airline cancellations, denied boarding, immigration refusal, lost travel documents or personal failure to travel, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded. No substitute trip, alternative event date or cash payment is offered if the winner or guest cannot attend for personal reasons. The event is scheduled for Saturday, 12 December 2026. There is no prize alternative.
ARTICLE 7 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
7.1 The prize is personal, cannot be sold, assigned or transferred, and cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by applicable law.
7.2 Sponsor may modify, suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes only where necessary because of fraud, technical failure, security issues, legal restrictions, force majeure or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that materially impair its integrity, and only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Sponsor will give reasonable notice and, where required, award the prize using a fair method from eligible entries received before the interruption. Nothing permits Sponsor to avoid a legally binding obligation to award the advertised prize or to change rules already filed with a regulator without required authorisation.
7.3 Sponsor may disqualify an entrant for material breach, fraud, unlawful conduct, tampering or harassment, on reasonable evidence and consistent application of these rules.
7.4 Entrants warrant that their submitted information is accurate and that they are entitled to enter.
7.5 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from participation or the prize. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is unlawful, or any other liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. The winner and guest may be required to sign a reasonable event participation waiver and comply with UFC security and venue procedures before taking part in the walkout. Any release must be provided and accepted only to the extent lawful. Sponsor should confirm that its insurance and its agreements with UFC and suppliers adequately cover the event experience.
7.6 The walkout is conditional on successfully completing any UFC-mandated security checks and obtaining UFC approval. A person who does not pass the security check will NOT be permitted to participate. The walkout may be modified or withdrawn for legitimate safety, security, athlete, production, broadcast or operational reasons outside Sponsor's control. If the advertised walkout cannot be provided, Sponsor will provide an appropriate lawful remedy, taking account of the remaining prize components and applicable consumer law.
7.7 The winner must attend the designated briefing location and meet the UFC representative at least one (1) hour before the walkout, or at an earlier time reasonably notified by UFC.
7.8 The winner and guest must follow reasonable UFC dress and venue rules and must not display unauthorised promotional messages, third-party brand advertising, prohibited slogans or opposing-athlete promotional gear in restricted event areas.
7.9 Personal-phone recording may be permitted only if authorised by UFC and venue rules. Professional photography or recording equipment is prohibited unless expressly authorised; no filming or posting may infringe broadcast, athlete, venue or third-party rights.
7.10 This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from responsibility for the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by law and direct all Sweepstakes questions to Sponsor or Administrator, not Instagram.
7.11 Any promotional use of the winner's name, image, likeness or content requires a separate consent where required by applicable law. Participation alone does not grant unlimited publicity or intellectual property rights to Sponsor, UFC or other parties.
7.12 If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it shall be limited or severed to the extent necessary without affecting the remaining provisions. Sponsor's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Official Rules, together with non-waivable applicable law, govern the Sweepstakes. No oral statement may modify these rules.
ARTICLE 8 - DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
Personal information such as an entrant's Instagram handle and, for potential winners, name, address, date of birth, contact information, eligibility documents and travel-related information will be collected and used for administering the Sweepstakes, confirming eligibility, selecting and contacting the winner, arranging travel and tickets, complying with legal and tax duties, fraud prevention and any separately consented publicity. The Sponsor is the controller of the information it collects, subject to confirming the respective roles of Administrator and service providers. Data may be shared on a need-to-know basis with Administrator, UFC/security personnel, travel and hotel providers, insurers, advisers and relevant public authorities where lawful and necessary to fulfil the prize or comply with obligations; it will not be sold or used for unrelated marketing without appropriate lawful authority or consent. Information may be transferred internationally, including between South Africa, the UK and US, using safeguards required by applicable law. Entrants may exercise applicable access, correction, deletion, objection and other rights by emailing hello@yrds.com. Unsuccessful entrant data will generally be deleted within 90 days after prize delivery unless longer retention is reasonably required for disputes, tax, reporting or regulatory obligations. Winner records will be retained only as long as required for those purposes, under an appropriate retention policy. A full privacy notice explaining controller identity, legal bases, categories of recipients, transfers, retention periods and rights must be made available at [INSERT APPROVED PRIVACY NOTICE URL] before entry. Processing shall comply with applicable UK GDPR, the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and other data protection requirements.
ARTICLE 9 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory laws of the entrant's place of residence apply and cannot lawfully be displaced. Subject to those mandatory rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in London, England shall have jurisdiction over disputes. Nothing restricts a participant's non-waivable consumer or statutory remedies. Entering the Sweepstakes constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules to the extent permitted by applicable law.
